Born and raised in Indonesia, Ade Artie has come a long way since first taking up drawing seriously many years ago. Ade Artie is one of the first female painters to hold a solo exhibition of nudes at Jakarta Art Centre, Indonesia.
Besides painting, Ade Artie also has a deep passion for sculpting. She keeps on sharpening her skills in both areas by participating in various master classes and workshops from word-renown artists such as Charles Reid, Ramon Kelley, and Richard McDonald.
Ade Artie is a member of The Indonesian Watercolour Society and has participated in many joint exhibitions in countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Taipei, China and Korea.
